1. Scope and App Features

This policy describes how information is handled when the listed YILI CHO (cylcode) iOS apps provide their features. Features and services differ between apps. EZ Currency is a currency-conversion tool; EZ Shotclock provides sports scoring and timing; GTB CHORDS and K13 Piano provide music tools; Baseball Snake and Sky Versus are games; We Wall Sit and EZ Breather provide exercise or relaxation features; EZ Medication provides medication reminders. Information relevant to one app does not automatically apply to the others.

2. Information Used to Provide Features

Depending on the features you use, an app may process your settings and inputs, such as currency amounts and selected currencies, scores and timers, music preferences, game progress, exercise settings, or medication names and reminder times. Processing information on your device is different from sending it to the developer or a third party. Information that stays entirely on your device is distinct from data transmitted by advertising services described below. If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send, and use them to respond to your request.

3. Advertising and Third-Party Data Processing

Some of our iOS apps use Google AdMob to display advertisements. This section applies to apps using that service. When ads are requested or displayed, the Google Mobile Ads SDK communicates with Google’s advertising services and may collect IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, device identifiers, advertising and interaction data, and crash or performance information. These data may be used to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and support advertising analytics and service performance. Collection depends on the SDK version, configuration, features, and applicable consent. Data can be transmitted directly to Google without first passing through a developer-operated server. 4. Tracking Permission and Privacy Choices

Where tracking as defined by Apple is performed, we obtain permission through App Tracking Transparency before that tracking begins or IDFA is accessed. You can manage permission in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Declining tracking does not by itself stop every form of data processing needed to deliver ads; the available ad mode depends on applicable requirements and consent settings. Where applicable, additional advertising consent and privacy choices are provided, and required consent is obtained separately. Permission to track does not authorize unrelated access to personal content.

5. Health-Related Information and Permissions

Exercise, relaxation, and medication-reminder information is used for the relevant features. Such information must not be supplied to advertising services for ad targeting. The presence of these features does not itself mean that an app accesses Apple Health or collects steps, distance, or other health metrics. Permissions are requested for the features that need them; for example, reminder notifications require notification permission. You can manage an app’s permissions in iOS Settings. Denying a permission may limit the corresponding feature.

6. Storage, Retention, and Deletion

For information stored only on your device, use the app’s available controls or the system’s app-data management options to manage it. Deleting the app generally removes its local app container; exported files, backups, and copies held elsewhere may remain. Removing an app from the Home Screen or offloading it is not the same as deleting its data. If you choose to export, share, or back up information using another service, manage those copies through that service. We retain information you send directly to us, such as support correspondence, only for as long as needed to handle the request or meet legal obligations. Google manages data it receives under its applicable policies. Contact us with requests concerning information held by us; we cannot remotely delete data that exists only on your device.

7. Security and Your Rights

We take reasonable measures to protect information provided directly to us from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you have supplied to us, or to exercise other rights available under applicable law. We handle requests in accordance with applicable requirements. For information processed by a third-party service, its privacy controls and request procedures may also apply.

8. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and handle it under applicable law. An App Store age rating is not a statement about data collection. Any child-directed use or handling of children’s data must follow the applicable children’s privacy requirements, including restrictions on advertising and tracking.

9. Policy Changes and Contact

We will update this page and its effective date when information practices change. If new features involve additional personal-data processing, we will update this policy and provide any legally required notice or obtain necessary consent before that processing begins. 1. Recording Content and Local Storage

EZ RecX uses screen content, audio, and camera video as needed for the recording features you choose. Recordings are processed and saved locally on your Mac. The developer does not receive or store your recording content on its servers.

2. How We Use Information

Recording content is used locally to provide the recording features you select. Information you voluntarily send by email is used to answer questions and handle support or privacy requests. We do not sell your personal information or use your recordings for advertising.

3. Permissions

Recording features may require macOS permissions for screen and system audio recording, microphone access, or camera access, depending on the features you use. You can manage these permissions in System Settings under Privacy & Security. Denying or revoking a required permission may prevent the corresponding feature from working. System permissions do not replace consent from people being recorded.

4. Accounts, Advertising, and Analytics

EZ RecX does not provide account sign-in, advertising, usage analytics, or crash-reporting services. It does not use third-party advertising, usage analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs.

5. Sharing and Third-Party Cloud Services

You may independently upload, share, back up, or synchronize your recordings using third-party services. If a recording is saved in a folder synchronized by a cloud service, that service may upload it automatically according to your settings. These transfers are performed by the services you use and are not uploads to the developer’s servers. Their privacy policies and terms govern their handling of your files. The developer does not control those services or your synchronization settings.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information provided directly to us, such as support correspondence, from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your Mac and for the cloud services or sharing arrangements you choose.

7. Retention, Deletion, and Security

You control how long your local recordings are kept and can delete them using Finder or other file-management tools. Deleting a local file may not delete copies in cloud storage, backups, or files already shared with others; manage those copies through the relevant service or recipient. Protect your Mac and recordings with appropriate access controls and take care when sharing files containing personal or confidential information.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You can manage recording permissions in macOS settings and manage or delete recordings on your Mac. For personal information you have provided directly to us, you may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, or exercise other rights available under applicable law. We handle requests subject to applicable legal requirements. We cannot remotely access or delete recordings stored only on your Mac or copies held by services you choose.

9. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the App. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate under applicable law. Recordings remain under the user’s control; obtain any consent required before recording children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will update this page and its effective date when our privacy practices change. If a future version introduces new data processing or services, we will update the policy and provide any notice or request any consent required by applicable law before that processing begins.

11. Contact

If you contact us by email, we receive the email address and information you choose to include and use them to respond to and handle your request. We retain this correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law. You can contact YILI CHO (cylcode) at cylcode@icloud.com with privacy questions or requests concerning information you have sent us. You do not need to send a recording to ask a privacy question.

你可以自行透過第三方服務上傳、分享、備份或同步錄製檔案。若錄製檔案存放於已啟用雲端同步的資料夾，該服務可能依照你的設定自動上傳檔案。這些傳輸由你使用的服務執行，並非上傳至開發者的伺服器；相關檔案處理由該服務的隱私權政策及條款規範。開發者不控制這些服務或你的同步設定。
